How to File a Patient Complaint:

National Spine & Pain Centers, fully encourages our patients to engage in open dialogue regarding any concerns or questions that may arise. However, we recognize that some individuals may prefer to report or convey information in a confidential or anonymous manner. In order to provide our patients an opportunity to report any concerns anonymously and without fear of retaliation, National Spine & Pain Centers, provides an alternative method for reporting concerns and access to “The Patient Complaint Hotline”, a confidential/anonymous way for you to report any problems, issues, or concerns relating to any specific location or visit.
